Can i report in my landlord about my garage ?

In my garage it does not have a roof or anything covering the top so now all the asbestos is falling down and is blowing into my bottom downstairs bedroom .. and there more to it like there is no fire extinguishers or outlets do not work .. my heaters do not work and the toilet is leaking water .. can I report my landlord in ... need help and advice
