How a natural disaster would affect the production of a fire extinguisher?

I'm not sure I understand the question but an earthquake could wreck the factory that makes fire extinguishers. Or, if you mean how would a natural disaster lead to increased demand and production of something, then I guess a volcanic eruption, spewing hot ash might do it, since people would have to have increased means to deal with fires.
