Fire in a salon, what type of extinguisher should be used?

Standard ABC type. C is proper for that type of fire. Easy way to remember: A=Ashes...standard trash that will make ashes. B=Boiling. Liquids boil when hot. C=Charged. Electrical fire. There are others, but ABC is standard. It is a combination that works on all of the above.
