If you seen someone setting fire to a koran but had no fire extinguisher?

If somebody set fire to a koran and you wanted to put the fire out would it be ok to urinate on the burning book? or would you bend down and take a light for a massive 10 skin joint or maybe cook up some rashers of bacon for the munchies?
