What is this movie called?

Plotline: A woman is charged with a murder she didn't do. It happened in a parking garage by a homeless girl. She hit a woman with a fire extinguisher and while the homeless girl was running off she bumped into the star of the movie and left blood on her jacket and a button came off and got washed away down a man-hole drainage thingy. and her husband's trying to help her get out of the country in a certain amount of time cuz he breaks her out of jail. and the husband leaves their son at a birthday party. anyone know what this movie is?
