Social Services Question?

My mentally slow cousin has come to live with us and social services is coming to our house to evaluate her etc. What I want to know is what will they be looking for. Fire alarms, fire extinguishers, gate around the pool, hunting gun permits ( they're in a glass case) ? Also will they be going into our private bedrooms? She's living on the first floor, and mine is on the second. So if the doors our closed are they allowed? We also have a guest house in the backyard, do they have to check that. Please list anything else they look for. Thanks.
